Omron's manual inflation monitor, the M3, makes it simple to measure your blood pressure and pulse at home. Just turn the power on and squeeze the inflation bulb to fill the cuff with air. The cuff deflates automatically and your measurement appears on the clear digital. A lightweight and portable monitor which displays the average of the last three readings taken within ten minutes and has a memory for 21 sets of readings with date and time. A large cuff (32-42cm) is available.
