We want our customers to be satisfied if you receive goods that don’t work or a faulty we will replace those with-in seven days providing we have stock or offer you a full money back guarantee. Most of our products come with manufactures warranties we will assist you if you need to claim one of these.

Returns Policy

You’re buying online what happens if you buy the wrong size or what you get is not what you thought it was. Don’t worry we will accept returns on all items within seven days providing they are still in the original packaging and have not been damaged or modified in any way. You can either swap it for another size or product or if you like we will refund your money once we receive the product back. This policy does not apply to flares due to dangerous goods requirements or items we specifically bring in to order or manufacture.

Privacy Policy

We want you to give us your details when you place and order or make an enquiry. Your personal details are important we will not release your details to any other parties. Your details are stored on a secure server as part of our site you may request to have these changed or deleted at any time.

We use Direct Payment Solutions to process your card details, this is the same company that processes other major site like Trade me. When you come to enter in your details you will be taken to a separate secure page, once you enter your details your payment is processed and we do not even see your card details. We take fraud seriously and for large orders we may contact you to verify the transaction is legitimate.

Pelican Products Guarantee

Pelican guarantees its products for a lifetime against breakage or defects in workmanship. Pelican cases are guaranteed to be watertight to a depth of 3 feet for 30 minutes (IP 67) unless otherwise stated if properly closed with undamaged o-ring in place. Pelican’s liability is limited to the case and not its contents. This guarantee does not cover the lamp or batteries (rechargeable or alkaline) for lights. Any liability, either expressed or implied, is limited to replacement of the product. This guarantee is void if the Pelican™ product has been abused beyond normal and sensible wear and tear. This guarantee does not cover shark bite, bear attack or damage caused by children under five.
